Emil is the co-founder of Strength Squad and head coach of the organisation. An active IPF competitor in the 93 kg category, he placed 2nd at SBD Sheffield 2025 — one of the most prestigious IPF-affiliated meets in the world. Multiple national champion in powerlifting.

His degree in Rehabilitation and Ergotherapy gives him a unique foundation for working with athletes with injuries, postural issues and specific limitations — without compromising training effectiveness.

Asya is co-founder and business manager of Strength Squad. An active IPF competitor, she represented Bulgaria at the 2023 World Powerlifting Championship — the pinnacle of drug-tested powerlifting.

As an IPF International Judge and co-owner of SBD Bulgaria, Asya brings a unique understanding of IPF technique, rules and equipment. She is the administrative and marketing backbone of the organisation.
